I blend traditional Mindfulness practices, proven Sound Sleep strategies and science-based Stress Reduction techniques into 1:1 Somatic Experiencing sessions. Somatic Experiencing is a body-oriented modality that helps heal trauma, release stress and restore sound sleep.
YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…
Chronically elevated stress levels can prevent us from falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting enough sleep. And often, unresolved trauma can be the root cause underlying sleeplessness and high stress.
The Sleep Stress Connection
“I’d read all the books on sleep with no success. When I went to my doctor, she recommended working with Patty on a a broader, mindful approach to sleep. Within a few weeks, Patty and I had worked through my challenges and I was getting sweet, restful sleep. I can not express how incredibly happy I am for having spent time learning from her.”
— John Kilcline
From my experience working individually with hundreds of people from Stanford’s Healthy Living Program, 95% have improved the quality of their sleep, not only through changing their sleep habits, but also with personalized attention to stress management.
