Mindful Wellness Private Program
The Mindful Wellness Program is a private, individualized coaching program, scheduled at your convenience, where you will receive all the tools and guidance you need to transform your lifestyle habits. You will become healthier, happier, more at ease, more satisfied and nourished by your meals.
Together we will identify and discuss how to mitigate the impact of the externals stressors in your life.
There will be a deep focus on how to soothe your unique nervous system, through growing the amount of time you’re asleep and preventing nighttime waking.
We will practice mindful eating skills together that will change your relationship with food and eating, enhancing enjoyment and bringing awareness to physical hunger and satisfaction cues.
You will receive an exercise program tailored to your needs, preferences and schedule, along with resources on classes, activities, programs.
All sessions include one-on-one support and are arranged at your convenience.
Sessions take place on Zoom, including availability for evening sessions.
Practice, learn and receive support with strategies tailored for your lifestyle.
Personalized resources help you firmly establish new habits that are actionable and sustainable.

A personalized email, filled with information based on your session, sent within 24 hours of each session. Emails include resources such as links to guided recordings, handouts, and information designed to enhance the learning and the experience of Mindful Wellness.
Patty is available to answer questions via email or phone between sessions. The 8-week Mindful Wellness Private Program consists of:
• One 90 minute Intake Session, plus
• Seven 60 minute sessions, spaced either one or two weeks apart.
