We all know we ought to be getting more sleep–but why is it so critical, and how can you do it? This 3- series class will show you exactly how chronic lack of sleep affects your health, and explain the factors that lead to losing sleep. You’ll be guided through mindfulness exercises that can help you reduce stress, one of the most important factors in getting good sleep. With practical guidance on how to set up healthy sleep routines and a bedroom environment that make it easy to fall asleep, you’ll walk away with a solid plan for how to get the rest you need.
